From the demolition of the fourth floor and the roof to final delivery, Deplus Contractor completely transformed the building’s mechanical systems, combining efficiency, technology, and regulatory compliance.

What we achieved:
* Modern ventilation and exhaust systems, 90+ Modern VAV Zone controls, with one BMS centralized System.

* Precisely installed supply and return ductwork

* 30-ton air conditioning units

* Two laboratory cold rooms with AAON and DST Dehumidifiers equipment

* Complete chiller refrigeration and recovery piping system
